By registering for the GAMETE CONGRESS TÜRKİYE 2026, participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make adjustments to the scientific programme, speakers, or venue if necessary. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the committee may postpone the event or switch to a virtual/hybrid format.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be issued according to the deadlines announced on the official website. No refunds will be processed for requests made after the final deadline.
All scientific abstracts and presentations remain the intellectual property of the authors. However, by submitting an abstract, authors grant the Congress the right to publish the material in the Proceedings Book (digital or print) and archive it on the congress website.
By registering, participants acknowledge that this website and its database are hosted on servers located outside Türkiye, in Europe (the Netherlands / EU). The personal data you provide during registration is therefore stored and processed on these servers abroad. The processing of personal data and the related cross-border transfer are explained in detail in the Privacy Policy & KVKK notice.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to private property belonging to congress participants. It is highly recommended that participants obtain their own travel and health insurance.
All participants are expected to maintain professional and ethical behavior. The organizers reserve the right to revoke the registration of any individual who disrupts the scientific environment or violates ethical standards, without any refund.
